World School Milk Day
WSMD is an initiative of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to celebrate school milk programs, and to highlight the importance of milk in student's diets in cultures around the world.
Over 40 countries including China, Iran, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Thailand as well those in Europe, Africa, North and South America, will celebrate WSMD, demonstrating that interest in school milk is truly global.
Media Relations
A PR program to publicize WSMD in Ontario will begin in September. Major media events are planned at two ‘showcase' schools in each of Toronto and Ottawa. Publicity material has been produced for both regional and the multi-cultural media.

RefrigerationAs milk volume will exceed normal capacity for your school's to refrigrate, we encourage your school to distribute the milk as soon as possible after delivery. An alternative is to suggest that use camper-style coolers, with ice for short term storage.
Package and Returning Cases
All milk will be in the original package, 50 carton milk per case. As we will try to deliver milk to all the schools, our drivers will leave all cases in your school and pick them up the first week in October.
